The owner is a complete ignorant moron and has absolutely no business background. He treats his employees as if they were slaves. He puts them down, cracks jokes about his Mexican and Puerto Rican...

Owner refused to fix problem. Very rude and crass!

Had a problem with service. Left 5 messages for owner. Finally caught him in the office. Very defensive, offered to fire employee instead of fixing the problem. Employees have low morale. Not a sign of good...
