salesman lied about buy 1 room and get 1 room free

the saleperson seemend nice at first explaining the carpet i wanted to buy.he measured and put the information in a computer.he finally came up with a price that seemed very very high. i asked how i was getting a free room and which room was he giving me free. the commercial advertises but 1 room get one free. he started to try to talk his way around my question. he explained the computer figures it all out. i started to get suspicious. i told him i wanted to compare prices. i could tell he was not happy with my response. he started playing with his computer and came back with a price 30% lower then where he started. when i told him i was still going to shop he bacame real nasty to the point i had to ask him to be polite . he finally left. the next day i shopped the competitors and was able to buy my carpet for a lot lower price then i was told at luna. they are not giving a room for free thats a bunch of bull. the raise th price so high they make it seem like you are getting something for free. beware of their games. shop else where.

defective carpet

sent defective carpet. charged $550.00 for one bedroom of carpet. had to reorder. no good quality carpet . overpriced.
